If you have ordered stock items together with pre-orders, the items will be shipped together when pre-orders are back in stock. Please note if your order is placed on or after 3pm Friday this will not be delivered until the next week. All orders placed on non working day, including bank holidays, will be shipped the next working day. 

Complimentary free shipping on all orders over £/€/$250. 

We offer worldwide shipping through our service providers, DHL. All our orders are dispatched from our UK or EU facilities. Shipping rates are categorised by country and zone. Shipping costs will be automatically assigned to your order at the checkout and are dependent on the shipping country specified. 

tarakari.co.uk is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

Please note the total cost for your order does not include any import or duties fees. These fees are put in place by customs for the country of delivery. We would kindly recommend checking local customs and taxes before placing your order. If there are any fees to be paid our courier will contact you for further payment prior to delivery. 

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you can return them to us for a refund. Please ensure that all returns are new, unused and sent back in the original packaging and garment tags still attached. You have 14 days to return from the day items are received. We will issue a refund after items have been received and examined. Please note we cannot accept returns if the original garment tags or security ribbon has been removed from the item. 

Returns that are damaged, soiled or otherwise altered or not in original condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
