Please be sure to check the product details on the items you have purchased as there will be lead time on pre-orders. If you have ordered stock items together with pre-orders, the items will be shipped together when pre-orders are back in stock. If you wish to split the shipment, contact us by email contact@tarakari.co.uk and we can arrange this for you.

We offer worldwide shipping through our service providers, DHL. All our orders are dispatched from our UK or EU facilities. Shipping rates are categorised by country and zone. Shipping costs will be automatically assigned to your order at the checkout and are dependent on the shipping country specified.

tarakari.co.uk is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Please note the total cost for your order does not include any import or duties fees. These fees are put in place by customs for the country of delivery. We would kindly recommend checking local customs and taxes before placing your order. If there are any fees to be paid our courier will contact you for further payment prior to delivery.
