RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you can return them to us for a refund. Please ensure that all returns are new, unused and sent back in the original packaging and garment tags still attached. You have 14 days to return from the day items are received. We will issue a refund after items have been received and examined. Please note we cannot accept returns if the original garment tags or security ribbon has been removed from the item. 

Returns that are damaged, soiled or otherwise altered or not in original condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

Please take care whilst trying on garments.

Customer is responsible for any shipping, postage, tax, and duty costs. tarakari.co.uk is not responsible for any parcels lost in transit. We recommend to organised tracked parcel.
